R3D and Foxy Baba team up on new track 'Zone Out'

Following the success of R3D’s debut single, ‘That’s The Point’ FT. Txmmy Rose & Max Zanga a radio favourite among RTÉ 2FM, FM104 and Spin103.8 last September. The collaborative effort from some of the top names in Irish Hip Hop featured in RWD Magazine, Goldenplec, HOTPRESS and District Magazine. In preparation for his long-awaited debut project ‘The R3D Tape’. R3D returns to share lead single ‘Zone Out’ featuring Foxy baba, an unconventional twist on the playbook of R&B and Hip Hop. Melodically depicting a moment in a relationship when one changes for the worse causing the relationship to dissolve and the partner to’ Zone Out’.
Produced by North Carolina beatmaker Axthentic, the beat was carried into a session at R3D’s House by collaborator Foxy baba and almost forgotten about till last minute. R3D shares
“We were in the middle of a studio session with a couple of other artists, it got late so they all left and it was just myself and Foxy. We were tired but we said we would try one more. The instrumental came on and we instantly came up with the flow and Foxy came up with his hook, with the idea of putting them back to back but when we stacked the vocals, we struck gold (We don land)”
