Jovanny Fabrice shares debut project 'BANDEMIC'

Introducing Jovanny Fabrice also known as Jo Jo Not Nice. Dublin based rapper taking inspiration from the likes Gucci mane, Chief Keef, Young Thug and Young Nudy to create a fresh approach on Trap. Jovanny’s approach sets him apart from most in every way; from the lingo to the laidback delivery and explicit nature of his lyrics. His debut project ‘BANDEMIC’ is a short synopsis of life in the pandemic for a real hustler, the challenges one faces and the rewards up for grabs, Jovanny Fabrice lets us step into his world.

Produced by N6, the project features 3 heavily 808 driven records wrapped in attention-grabbing melodies, topped off with braggadocious punchline and cheeky bars. All the ingredients needed to make an enjoyable experience whilst deeping the inner message encrypted in his lyrics. Jovanny explains “The name of the project is BANDEMIC, BANDS as in money, we are in a pandemic but real hustlers will stop at nothing to make money. This project is about the change that is currently happening inside me, how the inner hustler in me is coming out, how my looks are changing and a new JoJo is emerging.”

Born in Mauritius and raised in Summerhill Dublin, Jovanny began his musical journey at the tender age of 7, writing songs and poems. Growing up around musically oriented peers, he started working in the studio at age 14, later recording his first-ever track. Years later Jovanny, continued building on his craft until he joining the Trapworld Records family and started releasing a steady pace of singles and music video which revolved around his world of art, sculpting and fashion.
