Hip Hop group Versatile announce 14-date UK & Irish tour titled 'Fuck Versatile'


Notorious hip hop act Versatile announced their debut album ‘Fuck Versatile’ due to arrive Friday 21st of May. The group composed of Casper Walsh, Eskimo Supreme (Alex Sheehan) and producer Evan Kennedy , is widely known for the explicit nature of their lyrics and their bold ability to touch on taboo subjects whilst still supplying an element of comic relief. Playing the role of the jesters in the Irish music scene the West Coast influenced rappers have been closed affiliated with rap legends Snoop Dogg & Coolio, proven to be a success. Winning Best Hip Hop Act at the UK Urban Music Awards in 2020. Most recently collaborating with Drogheda drill artist Offica, and the A92 crew, on the ‘Babyproof’ single. The video for ‘Babyproof' has since garnered approaching 440,000 views, out of a total of over 20 million views amassed by the outfit to date.

The group also announced a 14-date UK and Irish tour, which will see them play three Irish shows, kicking off in Belfast on November 13, 2021, and including their return to Dublin’s 3Arena. In 2019, the group played two sell-out dates at Ireland’s biggest indoor venue. The tour is aimed to promote the upcoming album 'Fuck Versatile' Their latest single ‘Terminal 1’ is the second single to arrive ahead of Versatile’s debut album ‘Fuck Versatile’. Named after Famous Dublin airport the new single is transatlantic, west coast influenced beat produced by Evan Kennedy. Delivered with cool-headed lyricism and pizzazz we hear Casper Walsh and Eskimo Supreme touching on a new perspective in life, old controversy, rumours and address it all, ”they all gossip, they don’t know us, fuck the chit chat we’re above it, it’s below us”. Giving us a taste of what is to come.

Summer 2019 saw Versatile make Irish music history and undoubtedly cemented themselves as Ireland's biggest Hip Hop group. This success was soon followed by their unforgettable performance at Longitude Festival ‘19 to a 40,000 strong crowd sharing the stage with Cardi B and Stormzy. Following that they sold out their biggest headline concert to date at the Three Arena Dublin (12,500 tickets). Once again tickets sold out in a matter of hours. Leading up to this show Versatile released a single & music video for ‘Escape Wagon’ featuring Coolio. The Compton legend joined Versatile as a surprise guest at their sold out 3 Arena show in Dublin and they performed Escape Wagon + his timeless anthem ‘Gangsta’s Paradise’ together. Next up Versatile landed a spot on Snoop Dogg’s ‘I Wanna Thank Me’ Arena Tour alongside Warren G, Obie Trice, D12, Tha Dogg Pound and RJmrLA with dates throughout the U.K, Ireland & Europe, this iconic lineup will be touring in 2022.
